Mr. Eric Howard
I teach introductory, intermediate, and advanced drawing, painting, and ceramics, I try to be a leader in the school and support the work of proficiency based education and assessment for learning, and I also work hard to inspire and mentor future artists and educators. I pursue my passion for art by painting in acrylic and oil, drawing in pencil and ink, composing scratchboards, and dabbling in sculpture, watercolor, and charcoal. I also enjoy adding to my music collection of oldies, classic rock, progressive rock, modern alternative, and heavy metal. And I also love to hike, snowshoe, canoe, and spend as much time as possible with my wife and two young children.
